Donald taught printmaking and papermaking at Edinburgh College of Art for many years. He has offered print workshops in the UK, USA, France and the Miró Foundation, Mallorca, Spain. He has exhibited his prints internationally. Best known for his complex and colourful chine collé etchings, he has also worked in silkscreen and lithography.
